As a provider of further education and skills, we routinely undertake surveys of learners, staff, parents/carers and employers to determine levels of satisfaction with service experience and quality. The findings of these surveys are analysed and contribute to the holistic self-assessment and improvement process of the College.

In addition, external bodies often seek feedback from College users and Ofsted have developed a set of online questionnaires to support their revised Common Inspection Framework, with each questionnaire aimed at obtaining the views of learners, employers and parents/carers.
