    Owner of Red Door Studios

    Since completing a Foundation Degree in Art and Design, Tilley has gone on to become an award-winning film maker and animator with her own creative studio. Her films have been shown at the Chicago International Animation Festival and Cannes Film Festival.
    Will CheaneyWill Cheaney

    Owner of Cheaney Media

    Since completing Level 3 Film and TV and a BA Hons in Contemporary Creative Practice, Will has gone on to set up his own media company as a freelance videographer, working around the world with big names such as Kawasaki and Continental.
    Emma Hutton Emma Hutton

    Owner of Platinum Hair Design

    After completing a hairdressing apprenticeship, Emma went on to become a Senior Stylist before moving on to set up her own salon, Platinum Hair Design. In 2019, Emma won a national English Wedding Award for her creative work with bridal hair.

    WorldSkills Assistant Training Manager

    After completing Level 3 Beauty Therapy, WorldSkills gold medallist, Naomi went on to become a WorldSkills UK skills champion and judge, followed by her current role of Assistant Training Manager. She also owns her own salon, Beauty Blossoms.

    Managing Director of ramsac

    Rob is a former BSDC Business and Finance student. He is the founder and Managing Director of ramsac, a 100-person consultancy delivering IT and CyberSecurity services and support. Rob is an award-winning speaker and a Professional Member of the PSA.
    Dave SmithDave Smith

    Managing Director of St. Modwen Homes

    Dave began his journey into the construction industry as a labourer, progressing to trainee site engineer while studying at BSDC. He is now Managing Director for the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, St. Modwen Homes.
    Gavin ScothornGavin Scothorn

    Director of Alive

    Gavin studied Design at BSDC before achieving a degree. After setting up his first print shop at the age of 19, he progressed to working for London advertising agencies, working on national and international campaigns. He is now Director of creative communications agency, Alive.
    Deborah Haywood Deborah Haywood

    Film Director

    After studying at BSDC, Deborah went on to achieve a master’s degree in English. She then took part in a short film scheme, which eventually led to her first feature film, Pin Cushion opening Critic’s Week at Venice International Film Festival and being nominated for three BIFAs.
    Gavin PriceGavin Price

    Studio Director of Playtonic Games

    A former student at BSDC, Gavin has gone on to create video games for over 20 years, working alongside and within companies like Nintendo and Microsoft. Gavin is founder and Studio Director of ‘Playtonic Games’ who created record breaking titles such as ‘Yooka-Laylee’.
