Sarah is currently VP Group Strategy at Rolls-Royce plc, with an extensive industrial career of engineering, operational, business management and strategy roles primarily within the aerospace industry. She is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, a full member of the Association for Project Management and has completed executive education at INSEAD and Oxford SAID Business school.
Sarah is passionate about supporting learning and education, and is delighted to have become a governor of Burton and South Derbyshire College in her hometown.
Sarah is also non-exec director of SEMTA, an employer-led not-for-profit organisation supporting skills in UK engineering and advanced manufacturing sectors. She is a member of the audit committee of Loughborough University, along with being a governor for an independent day school and mentoring entrepreneurs within the young persons’ charity, The Prince’s Trust.
