Trips and visits
We believe in getting out there and seeing things first-hand! In addition to work experience, you will also have the chance to take part in a range of industry relevant trips and visits. This could include The Good Food Show, Coors Brewery and Birmingham College of Food. Some of our students have even gone as far afield as China to develop their culinary skills!
Industry partners
All hospitality courses will include an element of work experience and project work within relevant, local industries. We work with big names in the industry to ensure you have the knowledge and experience for success in your future career. Our partners include St. George’s Park, The Hilton, Drayton Manor Park, The Dial, The Winery, The Old Vicarage, Newton Park, The Brewery Tap and Molson Coors.
