    • Entry requirements

      Applicants will be expected to have a minimum of 4 GCSEs at grade 4 including either English or maths 

      (or) A level 2 subject specific qualification including a level 2 or equivalent in either English or maths 

      (or) An equivalent occupational experience including a level 2 or equivalent in either English or maths 

    • What modules will I study?

      Our Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course typically covers a range of modules to provide comprehensive training in first aid skills and knowledge, such as introduction to first aid, assessing the situation, CPR and AED, dealing with unconscious casualties, dealing with wounds and bleeds, eye injuries, burns, medical conditions and incident management/reporting 

    • How will I be assessed?

      In this Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work course, assessment methods typically include both practical skills demonstrations, written assessments and continuous assessment. You will be required to demonstrate your competence in various first aid skills through practical participation, as well as completing written assessments to evaluate your theoretical knowledge of first aid principles, procedures, protocols, and an observation of your participation in class discussions. 

    • What can I do next?

      With a Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work qualification, you can become a designated first aid responder in a workplace.
