If you enjoy gardening, then you’ll love this four session programme.
COST
The four session programme is £128 (£32 per session).
SESSION 1 - WEDNESDAY 31ST JANUARY
PLANT AND SEED SWAP !
Please bring a plant or two to exchange - A good way to boost your garden for free! (Plants in pots or well wrapped please)
9:15am – 10:30am - Colour for the Time of the Year
with Garden Guru Mark Smith.
11:00am - 12:15pm- Gardens of Commonwealth War Graves Commission
with Jean Moss.
1:30pm - 3:30pm
Let’s share gardening tips, problems and ideas and then plant up a bowl ready for Spring with Robin Wood.
SESSION 2 - WEDNESDAY 6TH MARCH
9:15am - 12:15pm - Visit to Coxbench Hall garden
A care home with a stunning garden to explore and coffee/tea and cake!
1:30pm - 3:30pm - Visit to Hudson’s garden centre near Duffield, Derbyshire
This is a quality garden centre with reasonably priced plants and a café.
SESSION 3 - WEDNESDAY 17TH APRIL
9:00am - 3:30pm - Visit to Middleton Hall gardens
near Tamworth.
SESSION 4 - WEDNESDAY 15TH MAY
9:00am - 3:30pm - Visit to National Trust Belton House
near Grantham, where we can spend time in the gardens and explore the house too. There is a café and National Trust shop.
