Course overview
The ILM Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management has been specially designed to give practising or aspiring middle managers additional tools and knowledge to assist them in their own performance, and the formal development of their role in the context of their organisation. It is a proven route to developing managerial skills, through knowledge and application to the work place.

Entry requirements
Applicants will be expected to have a minimum of a level 3 professional qualification (e.g. ILM/CIPD) including relevant occupational experience and a GCSE grade 4 in English or equivalent level 2 literacy qualification
