Course overview
The ILM Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management has been specially designed to give practising or aspiring supervisors/managers additional tools and knowledge to assist them in their own performance, and the formal development of their role in the context of their organisation. It is a proven route to developing managerial skills, through knowledge and application to the workplace.

Entry requirements
Applicants will be expected to have a recognised level 2 subject specific vocational qualification.
If not already achieved, be working towards completing a level 2 literacy qualification.
(or) Several years' occupational experience within relevant disciplines will also be considered -

How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed through a series of written assignments which connect the theory to workplace activity.

What can I do next?
You could continue to the ILM Level 5 Certificate or Diploma. The diploma enables progression to the Top Up Honours Degree in Business Management. ILM accredited qualifications are widely recognised in industry, and are proven to enhance career opportunities and management skills.
