    • Course overview

      This course will provide you with specialist skills and knowledge in one of the major growth areas within the Catering & Hospitality sector.   

      This unit is designed to be a stand-alone qualification to increase your specialist ability in the craft of coffee and beverage making. It would also be a perfect course to be taken alongside other qualifications within the Catering & Hospitality area to upskill yourself, especially if you are looking to work within hotels, bistros, restaurants, coffee bars and coffee shops.

      The course will introduce you to a full range of products used in making beverages, alongside the provenance and process they go through to make the final drink, along with full instruction on caring for and using the specialist equipment.
