There is a global and ever increasing demand for skilled chefs who can demonstrate high skill levels, commitment and flair. Our Level 3 Advanced Professional Chef Cookery course will allow you to build these skills, along with real working environment experience, in our fully equipped kitchens.
This course will help you to develop and refine your essential skills, building on your existing culinary knowledge and expanding your cooking repertoire as you use more complex techniques and ingredients.
This level is ideal if you've worked as a chef for some time; you have plenty of experience and may already supervise others or manage resources in a kitchen. This course will enable you to develop your skills further, perhaps to work as a senior chef or restaurant manager.
