Course overview
This course will focus on developing existing food preparation and cookery skills, along with creating more complex modern and classical dishes in our real working environment. You will build and develop your skills, knowledge and confidence whilst working in our commercial restaurant, focusing on customer care and service, and also dealing with payments and developing barista skills.

What can I do next?
After successful completion, A Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Professional Cookery or in Front of House Supervision, Events Management and Leadership. Alternatively you can progress to a Hospitality Apprenticeship. This can lead to job roles such as catering or restaurant manager, chef, bar staff, table or counter service and kitchen assistant.
