Course overview
This course provides an introduction into early years where learners can build on their understanding of working with children and families in the early years sector.
You will get the opportunity to plan play sessions and implement them in our interactive nursery environment where the BSDC nursery children will play an active role in participating with the planned activities. You will also have the opportunity to go into a vocational setting to complete 37 hours of work experience.

Entry requirements
Applicants will be expected to have a minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade 1 or an equivalent qualification

On completion of this course, learners will be able to progress onto the Level 2 Early Years course or other level 2 courses either within the college or externally.
