If you’re an adult looking to improve your maths and/or English skills for everyday life or you are looking to improve on your GCSE grades, we can help! We offer maths and English courses at a range of levels. Don’t worry if you’ve forgotten everything you learnt at school – our expert tutors will support you to develop your skills and achieve more than you thought possible! 

    • ESOL

      Do you want to improve your English skills? Do you know somebody who is looking to learn English? If English is not your first language, our English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) courses are designed to develop your speaking, writing, listening and reading skills.

    • Access to Higher Education

      Our Access courses are a way to access university level study if you don’t have the right qualifications but have the interest, drive and will to succeed! With multiple pathways to choose from, it could lead to degrees and careers in a range of areas.

    • University Level Courses

      There’s more than one route to a university degree. Take your career to the next level with our affordable, high quality courses, many of which are run in partnership with and accredited by Staffordshire University. Choose our supportive environment and one-to-one focus for an earnings-boosting career move.

    • Full Time Courses

      Our full time courses aren’t just for 16-19 year olds. People of any age can enrol on one of our full time courses to gain new skills or to pursue a complete career change. If you’re over 19 years old, you may be eligible for an Advanced Learner Loan or your course may even be free through the National Skills Fund.

    • Distance Learning Courses

      Our flexible distance learning courses are an effective way to advance in your career and learn new skills in your own time and around other commitments. Our online courses are interactive and easy to navigate. As you work through your studies in your own time, you’ll receive regular support from a specialist tutor who will support you throughout your studies.

    • Recreational Courses

      If you’re looking to learn something new for fun, then our part time recreational courses are the ideal solution. We offer recreational courses in a range of areas, including fashion construction, jewellery making, ceramics, creative textiles, photography, print making, Japanese and Korean. 

    • Never Too Late to Learn Programme

      Are you or a family member retired and looking to learn for fun? Our Never Too Late to Learn courses are a great way to keep the brain active and meet new friends while undertaking a full programme of topics, activities and trips.
