The Mulberry Bistro is our contemporary café in Burton Town Centre, offering a spacious and relaxing setting to enjoy high quality snacks, meals and drinks. Serving a selection of fresh sandwiches, main meals, cakes and coffee, the bistro runs alongside our fine dining restaurant, The Mulberry. All food is freshly prepared by Catering & Hospitality students under the close supervision of expert tutors, as they develop professional skills for their future careers.

The Mulberry is our contemporary fine dining restaurant, serving a delicious selection of food and wine at affordable prices in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Peek into the open plan kitchen and you’ll see our Catering and Hospitality learners, preparing and serving food under the close supervision of expert tutors. Our menus are changed regularly in keeping with seasonal produce, and we offer a range of popular themed evenings taking place throughout the year.

Our Mulberry Skills Kitchen is where our Catering & Hospitality students learn, develop and perfect their skills before showing off what they have learnt in our Mulberry Restaurant.
