Amrit entered Further Education as a Sports Lecturer working with training providers in Birmingham before joining Burton and South Derbyshire College in September 2010 as a Course Leader. Amrit now serves the College as Deputy Director of Curriculum providing support and direction to teaching teams, ensuring delivery of teaching, learning and assessment is effective for BSDC learners’. Amrit was elected as staff governor in May 2017; he is committed to helping shape the direction of the College’s future whilst representing the interests of staff.
