This course is suitable for learners wishing to develop their knowledge and understanding of food hygiene and allergy awareness, particularly within an educational setting. Learners will consider many aspects of food hygiene, including the basic practices of food hygiene and safety, food safety in the workplace, food labelling and identifying and responding to allergies in children and young people.
